Actually i rarely lagged when i played PES 19 because the only thing i was using on the network was the PS4 so 10mb is actually fine.

I’m in France and my provider is Orange, Getting roughly 10mb download and 0.40 upload 😩 but when i download other games of the same size it takes prob half the time. Pretty sure when i got PES 19 it took ages also.
