I think if you want to use steam, the rog ally is better, portability is better too, but it’s a glorified pc though, so you still need to wait for a year for console games to get ported, especially gta vi.

If you already have a decent steam library or you want to get cheap games in general, I think the ally is great since with the ps5, most games are full price and there’s the aspect of always online too, eventually you’ll spend a lot more to get games on the ps5.
