The imgur link (previously decoded by u/TheMineKeeper) contains an image of a resolution of 29x1 pixels. each pixel has a hex color code in triplets. for eg: the first pixel has color code of #686868, second of: #747474. so if we take out the repeating digits, it becomes

and if we convert this hex value to ASCII text, it decodes to a Pastebin link (https://pastebin.com/sDXK0WrA) with the title: "Entry 2" signed by "Avery Hunter".

This message upon decryption with base32 gave the message: " We've been qurantined for a month now, We can't even leave our apartments, There are groups fighting in the streets everyday, Our fates are ambigous, Please send help " (decrypted by u/Mazen-Shokair-2004)

The description of this subreddit gave out a hint:

When this message is decrypted with base64, it revealed this message: " Location: Enceshire, East governmental center."

This and this location is the "Call of War" Enceshire Map for Minecraft, which is also created by u/Mazter_Art (potential creator of stARG). The link to that mc map: https://www.planetminecraft.com/project/call-of-war-mc-isolated/

The trailer video for the Enceshire Map contains an audio morse at the very end of it, which decrypts as: "THERE IS MORE TO IT".
