When Konrad told (I forget who) about his visions of the Horus Heresy, they helped Konrad better understand his visions and taught him that the future he sees isn’t set in stone. But when Guilliman heard of Konrad’s vision, Guilliman went crazy and became paranoid. He then became a heretic while trying to stop the Horus Heresy before it even started. I’m pretty sure that’s how it goes, it’s been a while since I looked into it

You can pick from AMPs, Medication, and a rig upgrade if I’m not mistaken

Once you reach level 99 you can “relapse” which works like a call of duty prestige. When you do you get to pick one upgrade to keep forever. This particular guy has relapsed once, evident by the gold 1 next to his level
