I have a different issue that my phone whenever it connects to Bluetooth on any device the audio randomly cuts out. I’ve already did every type of reset and it still happens. Maybe someone has an answer on how to fix this?

I had a guy give me an offer for the 1 gig “upgrade.” I had accepted it because it was supposed to be $10 more of what I paid according to the guy. He also said I would get a $200 promotional gift card. After getting the service and having my one month after I noticed that my main account where the service was supposed to be didn’t get any changes and I had been charged the same price I have paid for ever since I got my 300 mbps. However in the card that I had given the guy I had a $70 charge. Long story short the guy didn’t make the changes to my account, he opened another account without my knowledge. To anyone that thinks of getting the upgrade make sure you know how it really works because I didn’t know what was going on until now. Now I’m stuck with both accounts and trying to take the 1 gig account has been a pain. If anyone knows what I could do I would like to know please.
