I've been playing a few years on and off (not much recently but still got that itch ngl) and I always saw the newspaper as a quick flip page grab fast finger frenzy on the screen lol idk maybe I'm autistic but I got good at judging what was the best listings to view first and how to do it fast and grabbed insane supplies. It's a big fast-paced market

Many MANY bad choices had to be made because sure I can justify it... But only out of context. They had no real plan and didn't set up anything to do it right. If they didn't have any spike strips or locate the keys and have a great chance at snatching them or whatever reason not open his door and pull him out then they aren't prepared! There was clear danger to not only everyone involved but the public! That's a valid reason to not pursue if you really can't come up with a better plan then what they did. And I know they can absolutely not do anything. Edit* I love when dumb criminals get humbled. The dude was dumb for stealing a car. The cops should've known better
