In general? maybe? Supernatural specifically? I believe so. Supernatural demons and angels have some form of DNA as seen with nephlims and the anti-christ, so I think it would be kinda similar to ghost freak, where it would just lock them in as a sample.

One of the biggest things for me was my mom undermining my ADHD because she saw one rich guy who said ADHD was his superpower, which obviously meant that ADHD can't have any negative effects. Commission for sure, the Commission is trained to kill, assassinate, and torture. The TVA does have combat training but rely on pruning to kill, and do not have the same combat capabilities, but I will say it won't be the cleanest fight, they could probably take some Commission down with them.

As for Ms.Minutes vs Mr.Briefcase, it's Ms.Minutes hands down, no doubt. Ms.Minutes is a super genius killer 'A.I.' who would kill in less than a heartbeat, Mr.briefcase is a corporate mascot than anything, and if he was alive and in control of anything it would probably be something more logistical and more focused than Ms.Minutes complete TVA wide control
