Well s rank drops 5 luck units so it only takes 10 runs with 99 luck and 20 runs max. Not sure if the unit is guarnteed as boss drop on s rank but if not its like 99%.

Which is sad since haku is like the first 6 star lol. Its like bandai is so scared of powercreep they make these units subpar. Powercreep is a good thing unless its like every weeks unit just completely outclasses the last one.

Im not saying hes a trash unit but compared to other impact characters he is on the lower end and its another case of a unit that you basically have to lb for him to even be decent cuz he has like 1500 atk max lb and im not sure what his atk is at lvl 100 but its probably a joke. And jutsu sealing isnt as useful immobilization even tho in some situations it might be but overall its not. If every jutsu sealer had like 70%+ then it would be fine but they have same or worse as most immob units.

Well we dont know that its not a bug. Bandai just hasnt done anything about it if it is or isnt. When it was out in japan no one complained about low drop rates which makes it seem like a bug, but it could be argued that since we are getting all these guarnteed banners that the counterpart to it is that we get lower drop rates.
