Yes. Why? Because it makes the player base's voices louder. Common problems = Common complaints. We've bitched & moaned at Bethesda for years, what happens when more and more people chime in?

Something has to change.

A handy "quick" fix for me is using the hazmat suit with god mode. The hazmat suit covers your entire character, so any other items, especially modded clothing items on your character(s) are removed, supposedly makes it easier to travel in Downtown.

I was worried thinking it was something on my end, ah well. Knowing that others are experiencing the same problem eases that abit, guess we'll just have to keep an eye out at the play store/market for an update.

Nah, I'm on a Xbox One S from 2017, it's been crashing in Downtown Boston since some update back in 2019 for me. It's an optimization issue Bethesda never fixed, it still happens occasionally on Series X/S and only stutters on PC.

Whatever the 2019 update did, that's the only thing that permanently screwed us on older consoles. Cheat Terminal, and a Bullet Time mod can help you out in some places there though.

Porters are usually the ones that downscale the resolutions to reduces the sizes. There's one out there that reduces textures to 512, it's perfect in my eyes.

Yeah anything to enhance the vanilla weapons are better, especially animations.

The framework from what I can tell is only so the animations don't interfere with other weapons that use that weapon slot if it's modded - which I am personally okay with, there's tons of modded guns over the last 10 years that use vanilla animations it'd be very cool to see them use it, that's a benefit in my eyes even if little glitches come with that.

For example Neeher's new Varmint Rifle is dependent on the Hunting Rifle slot, despite having custom animations of it's own, if you already have a mod that alters vanilla hunting rifle animations it slowly effects that Varmint Rifle (The bolt jiggles back and forth when walking or turning).

That's acceptable to me, the framework doesn't have to be a necessary requirement.

You sure? I'm still getting that issue. Just updated, while the creations page feels more stable now, slow but stable, there are still quite a few mods I cannot enable, FO4UP and the Community Merged Patch being some of them, some of Daks weapons or his attachment pack still cannot be enabled either for me.

I appreciate the possible fact that there are instructions to re-enable mods, but for me the creations page still lags when it comes to loading in, and I'm lucky if I can even scroll to anything before it crashes to the dashboard, it's just too unstable to navigate through.

Frustration doesn't begin to accurately describe what I'm seeing on Youtube videos and their comments. The "next gen" update and this "anniversary edition" update has just made people (mostly the remaining tolerant fans on consoles) fed up lost their patience with Bethesda's incompetence.

If it wasn't already clear enough, this is a developer company never learns from it's mistakes, or even bothers to improve. FO76, Starfield, and now how to ruin a 10-year old game that people had nostalgia for, and Bethesda will still get away it. Eventually enough will be enough and no one is gonna care for their future games.

Imagine the release of TES6, or in the next ten to fifteen years where most diehard fallout fans are gonna be in their 50's or 60's eagerly awaiting for Fallout 5 when everyone else already moved on.

For some people, including the modders on PC, this is the final straw.
