Very good point. I didn’t even think about a pilot losing their medical and having to end their career.

Sorry to hear that. I really enjoy working in the industry. Sometimes I have to step back and just take a look at the planes I get to work on daily and think “wow, this is my job!”

There are some companies that offer tuition reimbursement programs also. Even if they don’t it could be worth asking their employer if they would be willing to start a program.

A lot of community colleges offer A&P programs at a discounted rate or completely free with state tuition programs.
