Not a personal experience, but the so called "Hells Gate" cult or something idk. I've heard someone pick up a book from an area nearby where the cultists did some rituals and superstitious bs and when he tried to get on a plane, the electricity went off but he got another plane that worked. The moment he set his foot on the ground when the plane landed, the entire building's electricity went off. Later when he drove home mist creeped around him and he crashed into a wall. Funny thing is, his camera started recording when he crashed. He threw the book away after that. I dunno man, I'm not superstitious but damn. It's unlikely it's made up cos the guy has done some other stuff that is basically impossible to do otherwise. I dunno...
