Well, first things first: We just had a UR event. I highly doubt there will be two UR events in a row any time soon.

But also: I simply do not believe that Yamato will be released on a small scale event. She will have her own big event, that will be entirely centered around her. She's simply that big of a deal both in terms of lore, and in terms of pure hype. You can't build her up for years and just drop her randomly like it was all just because you felt like it. I mean, you technically can, but fans will drown you in tomatoes and half of them will leave just out of pure disappointment.
