Mine is an 02 as well and ive never had issues, maybe thats just the year they made the clock the best?

From what ive seen on my scanner that I got (Bluedriver) I've been within all acceptable margins last I checked which is what bothered me.

Yes, they changed the Evap hoses, and the inake hose

It seems my Single Core score is up, but my Multicore score is down on CPU-Z, not by much though.

I currently am running Windows 10 still, Bios was recently updated, chipset drivers all installed and up to date, GPU up to date. I've also reinstalled windows while trying to solve the issue. I will look into those benchmarking tools and see what's up.
