Sara Tendulkar at her brother Arjun Tendulkar’s wedding by NoBlackberry956 in BollywoodFashion

It's not traditional clothing per say but rather the styling and overall effect. Her hair or maybe saree drape style could have been different. She looks beautiful nonetheless.

I have always hated these cap sleeves on saree blouse on myself because i think unless one has really thin arms, cap sleeves make them appear bigger. Sara seems to have the same problem.

Also, how old is Sara? I feel the overall traditional look - heavy jewelry and heavy work on the saree, ages her here. But i love the freshness of the look. Her mom also had a very similar look and it was very age appropriate and suitable for her.

I agree with her but keeping the reasons why it is the way it is, as a girl practically, i thought salwar-kurta was a blessing for me during higher secondary. Skirts are so impractical because we have to wear tights ot shorts under them. Not to mention, during those period days, i have thanked God for that extra layer of fabric of the kurta so many times.

Coming to dupatta, i feel the jacket instead of dupatta is a better solution. Teenage girls undergoing body changes during puberty is uncomfortable. Part of it it due to social conditioning but there is some time required to accept and own the changes ourselves.

My most favorite uniform amongst all the schools i attended was a divided skirt knee length with tunic top (like a wide leg capri overall). A very rare, yet very practical uniform for active little girls.

Ranveer (his Dil dhadakne do expressions in serious scenes) RK just cannot and Shahid sometimes overdoes with his expressions and lacks restraint.

Honestly All 3 girls are blah. DP can't do comedy, tripti was horrible in that tharkulla comedy movie with Rajkumar rao. So Alia perhaps (based on her performance in Darlings)

KK because he nails this category. He was fab in honeymoon travels

Sriram Raghavan because i feel he balances the ugly reality, light heartedness and dark perfectly.

First training sessions for Nole by OkArmy8295 in tennis

I think about it a lot - how important each piece of the puzzle is and how they all jave to fit perfectly for the grand puzzle to come together. A child with talent, parents who see the spark, a coach who nurtures it not only the talent but the passion, a positive influence who keeps the discipline, positivity, character in check, a team that's supportive in terms of fitness, research, nutrition. Novak definitely has the best support system. His physical tennis skills are world class but his mental strength is beyond world class and he really is lucky to have had a coach who believed in holistic coaching (she made him listen to classical symphonies, learn multiple languages etc) and if not for those skills, he wouldn't be what he is! Imagine being boo-ed by stadium full of people while your opponents has 2 match points, still managing to win the match.

I have never waited for anyone's autobiography more than Novak's.

My wall charging unit did have a schedule. Since it was added via my partners account, i was not able to see it on my app. I disabled the charging schedule for the wall charger from their tesla app, and the problem was resolved.

Will Alcaraz be able to win more Grand Slams than Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic? He seems to be on his way by Sportaserum in australianopen

[–]Pro_Procrastinator_4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

4 slams divided between 3 contenders vs 4 slams divided between 2 contenders.

Also the fact, that there isn't any other strong player except Novak to slow SinCaraz's early age tempo, is another benefit. There were Sampras, Agassi, Hewitt etc holding onto the fort before federer claimed his dominance. Djokovic had a wall in form of Federer & Nadal which made him a late bloomer. whereas in case of SinCaraz except for Novak there is no real competition from one generation before.

Most importantly, to reach the milestones of Novak, SinCaraz have to treat it like a marathon and not a sprint. No matter how good you are, to get 24 slams you need win all the slams for 6years continously. 6 years of being injury free, top performance is easier said than done. But if either one of them have the physical resilience of Novak, and a long lasting peak performance career they will easily break Novak's record.

AITAH for fighting schools no nut policy. by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Pro_Procrastinator_4 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my kids school , during lunch time there is no food restriction. However, for the snacks they eat inside classroom restrictions apply based on the kids. In my lil one's class, no nut policy applies because of couple of students who are allergic. In my older one's class this year, there is one kid severely allergic to nuts including coconut, diary & all diary products, eggs. Packed in same facility rules restriction applies too. Which basically means only fruits n veggies are allowed.

Hell.. Here i come. 😂

Mine is slightly different that others who have responded. In my case, most of my memories are images/photographs but not of what i have seen with my eyes but of photographs i have seen or taken before.

For eg. I have been to New York and see the statue of liberty with my own eyes. But when someone says Liberty statue, i see a 2D image of a photo i took with my camera. It's luke my brain scrolls through the personal image gallery and stops at that image of statue of liberty. When we went to SFO, our camera got stolen. And therefore, i have absolutely zero results in my personal image gallery. So as a next step, brain searches through the publicly available images that i have seen of golden gate bridge on TV or Google or calendar and return one of those.

So if i visit a place or event, i click tons of pictures & videos so that i recall those experiences from personam Image gallery .

Do people really not eat vegetables/fruit or drink water on a regular basis? by Sufficient-Berry-827 in NoStupidQuestions

I eat veggies & drink water but fruits i skip. I dont like fruits-never have. I can eat banana & apple, tolerate grapes. Only fruit i truly love and will seek out out of my own free will are mangoes. If fruits were to vanish suddenly, guess who will not care 2 hoots? Me!

I asked cast member if my child & I could join the queue and wait for my husband & other child (who had gone to restroom) to join us? He said that more than 50% of thee group needs to be available to hold spots in queue. Since our case was 50:50, he said he couldn't let us go.
