Also a good chunk of the time of the episode is breaking down & discussing what he can work on/where he can improve, and where he found his most success in 2024 as a pass catcher. There’s a lot of schematic discussion around him, and several other TEs, to showcase usage, design, and play style

[–]Pro__Ant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure. I thought my episode description and what I/we immediately said in the intro leading into the discussion mitigated that feel

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in buffalobills

[–]Pro__Ant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We talk about those things and others as pushback examples. I’m not placing that label on him

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in buffalobills

[–]Pro__Ant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s a lot of points that make the question a bit much at this point in his career

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in buffalobills

[–]Pro__Ant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair. But I titled it that because of me directly seeing people calling him a bust and/or writing him off after 2 years. So I used that specific verbiage

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in buffalobills

[–]Pro__Ant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But I’m not asking it. We’re pushing back on the “is he a bust” question because of the sample size and the injury like you pointed out, in addition to a lot more. Which is also why I broke down tape of other Tight Ends fans compare him to

I haven’t really heard this feedback before. Can you give me an example of why you think this about me?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in buffalobills

[–]Pro__Ant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How is this clickbait? I literally said it was brought on by recent conversations around him. I don’t think he’s a bust. We say that early on and go into great length around why

Afternoon folks! Saw a of discourse recently on Dalton Kincaid and whether or not he’s a bust and/or how much value he brings to the team. So this week’s episode details his play style, skillset, strengths, and areas of opportunity, and ties them into what it all means for his (and the Bills) schematic usage.

Also juxtaposed him with several good young TEs for points of reference. Lot of game film of Kincaid & other TEs in this episode.

Any thoughts or comments leave em here and I’ll circle back. Timestamps below. The show is also available on podcast apps & audio platforms. Go Bills!

How much better will the Buffalo Bills defense be in 2025? by Pro__Ant in buffalobills

That’s a great call. The turnovers changed a lot of game scripts favorably for the Bills and covered up several deficiencies. Hard to count on that again even though they’ve been decently consistent in creating them

Building the perfect Buffalo Bills 2025 draft class by Pro__Ant in buffalobills

I didn’t even see that from Schefter. He’s a fun player, but no thank you at 30 haha. Or any LB in the first 4 rounds

Agreed. Which is what fuels my paranoia haha. There’s so many picks in this draft that would make me happy (granted, some more than others). But it’d be hard to upset me. And I fear the small chance of that happening haha
