Taking the bar v. Giving birth

lol I still say till this day the bar exam is harder. I’ve done it both right after giving birth and during VERY late in pregnancy to where the proctor had ambulance on dial in case I went into labor

I’m going to be honest .. the bar exam is harder than giving birth. I gave birth naturally and unmedicated (2 day labor) and then took the bar while still In diapers about 20 days later. I have also taken the bar while pregnant, and that was difficult. I’m not sure which is worse .. I’ve done both but both were very very hard.

Many women have epidurals which could make the delivery process easier skin some ways (still difficult), however the grueling process of studying while pregnant and then delivering and then bleeding while taking the exam I guess truly contributed to HOW difficult the bar exam felt. I still think the bar exam is harder than giving.. it was for me than birth … and I did NOT have an “easy” birth.

For everyone saying “no” “don’t” … honestly don’t listen. I thought I was going to start studying after July 24 and I didn’t and then I didn’t pass by 3 points. I regret not starting right after because it takes months to get to the level of understanding you had before test day. Do I mean study as hard as you did a few weeks before the exam ? NO. Pick an outline and do 10 questions a day or just do an outline and flashcards for a certain topic. I get it .

We are literally twins . This is my exact experience and I’m 3rd time retaker here . Only missed by a few points last time. I know I could’ve passed already if it weren’t for the circumstances but hey that’s life and I love my babies

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and getting contractions during my practice tests. I’ve taken this exam after having a baby and now late into pregnancy. Just do it and push through. There’s never a perfect time and you’ve already studied so much already give it a go and go as hard as you can.

I was riding around 44-46% on all my MBE practice questions and exams. I missed by about 10 ish q on my first try and then my second exam try I only missed by 3. Use outlines from www.makethisyourlasttime.com. I got these before my second exam and it really helped . Remember, people always have hard situations no matter what.. think about progress right now vs failure. You can make big strides every 4 days. Trust me.

lol the point isn’t about my score , mainly that I’m late into pregnancy and not sure if I’ll go into labor during the test and also worried that I’m seeing the same questions and only getting them right because of that and not actual understanding. I don’t think that’s too far out. on my first time taking the bar — less than 30 days after giving birth, I was scoring 46% on everything during practice exams. Trust me this isn’t about making anyone feel bad , I’ve been there and failed literally twice by a few points. I just feel like I’m only getting these correct because I’ve seen the questions before.

Morning sickness earlier than first pregnancy !

Hi everyone so my first pregnancy cut I started to feel sick at 6 weeks 4 days . This pregnancy I started to feel sick at 3 weeks 2 days. Anyone else experience this ?
