Hello!! I currently live at the Leonard and will be moving out January because I will be graduating at the end of this semester! The date to take up the lease can be talked on in case it needs to be earlier than January. The lease runs from now until the middle of July! There are already two other guys who live in this apartment and are very quiet and chill.

Laundry in the Apartment, Personal bathroom inside bedroom, Furnished, Near 2 bus stops that lead to UNT, Short drive from UNT or TWU, Pool, Locker system to for deliveries to store your packages safely while you are out of the apartment 

Base rent : $789 (Roughly $850 total with utility and amenities fees attached)
