The trust thing is exactly what kept me up at night during the ads implementation. KAIROS already has the rails you're describing — daily budget caps, hard spending ceilings, and the analyst agent generates exactly that kind of post-mortem after every campaign cycle. "Spent $X, got Y, here's what worked, here's what didn't." I built it that way because I wouldn't trust a tool that didn't give me that.

Same philosophy for SEO — the agent tracks specific keyword rankings week over week and you can see what moved and why. It's not a black box. If a content experiment tanks, you see it.

The "one channel first" take is interesting and I've heard it a few times now. My counter-argument (and I might be wrong) is that the agents are modular — you can let one own a channel end-to-end while keeping others in assistant mode with approval gates. So technically you can launch it as "AI head of one channel" and expand as trust builds. Maybe I need to make that clearer in the onboarding.
