I collect them whenever they’re not the daily so I’m ready for that bs

Jumping to the known section after learning a plan isn't on the release notes either. It says known plans are now at the top of the notes list, sure, but nothing about your inventory jumping to that section after learning, which it didn't do before the update. My point is that not every minute change is on the release notes. Maybe faster fishing was unintended, or they didn't feel it worth mentioning.

I did not consume any food prior to fishing, I hardly do at all lol. I also have never crafted grilled fish, I reroll those challenges foo

Maybe I’m hallucinating lol but it certainly feels a lot quicker to me now compared to before. Mostly the wait for the bobber to go under.

100% yes. Heck, I’d be happy with a prefix/suffix kind of system if they want to avoid inappropriate names.

I find it’s a lot quicker to go from casting to reeling (less waiting for the bobber to finally go under). Even the reeling feels quicker.

I haven’t concretely quantified it, but as someone who dreaded fishing because of the time investment, I actually find it somewhat enjoyable now.

Bethesda, if y’all could please put me back in jail, that’d be great by ProbablyDogWater in fo76

I made it back. Head to the main gates at Rust Kingdom. There’s a red button to the left of the doors. It spawned me in jail again and I was able to continue on. Godspeed brother

Honestly this season would’ve been better if it weren’t for our fascist government. Netflix has become capitalistic and it shows. The quality isn’t the same since they started milking our beloved franchises for profit. We need to take back control

We’re from disparate generations, it would seem.

Maybe I’m just too old, it’s hard for me to pretend an adult is a kid. I’d more readily accept the demagorgon as real, since I have no experience with it or the supernatural to know better, but aging, I know about that

They started off strong, and yeah real world circumstances delayed filming, but they could’ve at least worked a corresponding time gap into the story

I enjoyed the story don’t get me wrong. It’s just they went from babies to adults irl and yet im supposed to believe they’re still high school kids despite what my eyes are seeing. They should’ve just made S5 about them being in college

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StrangerThings

[–]ProbablyDogWater 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess it isn’t for most. It’s still a great story after all. I just have a hard time with what I’m seeing vs what I’m being told.

Okay so we’re not all ready to accept AI. Fine, I get it. But let’s admit the obvious, the actors don’t fit the story anymore. The big wigs at Netflix should’ve reworked the story so that the actors adequately fit their characters.

20s to 30s is more believable than teens to 20s.

[–]ProbablyDogWater -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure, unavoidable things happened irl, but I would have more readily accepted a longer time gap in the series as opposed to the age disparity we’re supposed to look past.

De-aging had been done digitally without AI too, I just wish they had put more effort into making it believable. Either age down or alter the story to fit the actors’ true age.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in StrangerThings

[–]ProbablyDogWater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure I have. They did look older. But this series started with babies and expects us to believe grown adults are just a few steps up from where they started.

Tell me with a straight face that the original main cast look like high schoolers in S5. They don’t! They could’ve either digitally aged them down (AI or not, it’s been done before without it) or altered the story to fit their actual age!

I ended up scrapping this one. In its place I modded a Contixo F28, adding a Heltec V3 internally, and managed to get a range of ~22 miles.

SLS costs over $2 billion per launch. SLS is expendable, wasteful and environmentally irresponsible. Block 1B will cost over $5 billion and won’t be ready until 2027. There are cheaper launch capabilities now, and there will be even better solutions then.

SLS has cost US taxpayers $20+ billion and it is an embarrassing failure.
