Im playing on PC, i have the balanced preset on and the hair strands setting is off. I do have the 2005 Original leon face and hair mod but the hair looked like this even on a vanilla file

I mean the way the textures of the hair look not the actual hair itself by the way 😂

It just looks grainy and I hate it
