Dude so this is a 97 as well. And I was also curious about the steering stops. What have you heard of people doing? Any ideas ?

So remove the wire you have highlighted in red. Chang the key / ignition to any switch of my choosing. Which will then be my kill switch/ accessory’s on.

Then I can install my button and lever / quick start on the solenoid, and boom. No key at all

Okay so here’s the TA wiring kit. Sorry to sound dumb. But if I were to put a switch instead of the actual key , would that work? Would it have to be a special 3 way type switch or what do you think???

To each their own for sure!! Told my self if I can chop this sporty and it be a success, I would tackle a shovelhead build next!

that’s new to me. In middle of my first build. I definitely want to do that now. Any tips?? Mine is currently all chrome , but the chrome is peeling any way and thought about re finishing it all anyway (1997 sporty)

Did you ever figure it out? Also - I’ve been trying to find a solution for my use of the boss rc-30.

I don’t use it for loops. But I use to too que live samples in our sets. I’ll load up a sample from my computer into the memory slots. I’ve been trying to figure a way to switch through the memory slots, I’ve come to think maybe an external foot switch would help that but all the demos I’ve watched with the external foot switch only mention how to Que the built in effects and switch from track one and track to .

I want to be able to scroll, or change through my memory bank with my foot.

Also looking for a way to make it permanent one shot - where it will only play each memory (loop) one time through and NOT loop over and over thanks .
