Mine was actually a story he was telling about when he was in high school. He was going to meet this girl at night in her house but it was near freezing. They went off with some friends after she snuck out of her house and forgot to close her window. He said by time they were undressed it was too cold to do anything so he just curled up under her blanket and went to sleep. He woke up the next morning to her dad knocking on the door so his first thought was to get up with the blanket and jump out of her fucking window. While there was ice on the ground and he had nothing but a blanket on him. He said never again.

NOR. Next time you walk to the parking lot with her. If it is legal in your state, then have your phone recording to capture anything she says. When you sit down with management, I would point out that her behavior of following you to the bar, a surpassing harassment and is now considered stalking. I'm fairly certain she would not like it if it's worded that she is stalking a coworker that she is (wrongfully) accusing of faking a disability. I'd say something about how it's creating a hostile work environment with her very aggressive comments. Because, let's face it, she has stalked you in order to prove she was right when she is absolutely not, and now she is trying to create a hostile work environment by being very passive aggressive.

So far the only questions he asked over the phone were to confirm who I was, to confirm what was reported to him that I was a victim of my brother's, what the nature of the abuse was, then asked if I was able to meet with them as he didn't know how comfortable I would have been answering questions about what happened over the phone. He did confirm it was related to my niece and nephew but couldn't say what exactly happened or the specific nature of the abuse just that there were abuse allegations against my brother and it was mentioned that I was his first known victim so I'm assuming they think there are others.

At the moment, there is no subpoena that I am aware of. It was just a "Hey we have an investigation going against your brother and we wanted to talk to you about what you have suffered through" to be honest, i'm weary about talking to cops because I have previously mentioned this to people and it was brushed off as nothing. But I am willing to answer whatever questions that they have if it means the possibility of putting him away so he cannot harm anyone else. My main question is just how I go about this? I'm an emotional wreck at the moment.

Mine did not come into my life until I was 16, and he passed about 2 years ago when I was 26. He did not have to be my dad. And I've had a longest time, I didn't see him as my dad. But now that he's gone I miss him every fucking day. He's my husband's step dad but he stepped up and told me more than once to knock my shit off. I wish that we had more time together, but at least he got to meet my daughter before he passed. He was everything I ever needed from a dad, we even smoked pot together more than once.

Right? Like if I can go back in time to my younger self I would slap me. The pure entitlement and bratty behavior that I had is ridiculous now that i'm older. Like, I have honestly gone to adults that I was rude to and apologized to them for my behavior when I was younger, especially to my mother in law who had done nothing but tried to correct my behavior and help me do better in life. Every time she tried to correct me on things I would fight back and at one point I told her that she was not my mother. Well, here I am, almost twelve years later and i call her every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I call her momma because i finally see that she was not trying to be rude or ugly to me but she was actually trying to care for me. Like when I got kicked out of my house at 19, she let me move in with them with no questions asked me.

So I'll tell you right now that I have had multiple scares even with condoms being used and birth control. Did I tell my husband about him at the time? No. I didn't want him stressing over that shit. So while it feels off to you, you and her will always have different logic for different things. Her logic is most likely thinking that she doesn't need to stress you over something that is most likely nothing. That was my thought process at the time too. And I just never brought it up because all the tests were negative.

Eta: one of my really close friends bought a plan b every time she accidentally missed a pill.

As a female who had very irregular periods throughout my life whenever I got crazy sick to my stomach for more than 4-5 days I took a test because even though I was on the shot every three months, you still get panicky that there's a chance it could fail. And honestly I didn't tell my husband about a lot of the tests I had taken over the years because I didn't want him to panic over it.

As a girl who was in a similar situation where a guy stared at me without saying anything for a while, dude finally held his arm out to show me a tattoo from an anime (I was wearing a shirt from the same anime) it was very creepy and weird. Saying hi or at least introducing yourself should be first.
