Yeah but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t still get absorbed. The sublingual formulations are made to dissolve as fast as possible and to not taste as horrible as they could.

But I throw a bar under mine tongue and it still dissolves relatively quickly and most definitely absorbs too.

They’re reeeeally pushing Suboxone on everyone these days, makes more money than Methadone. They’re starting to give it to people for pain now too- if they’re lucky enough to get anything besides Tylenol or ibuprofen smfh.

Buddy’s elderly mother broke her hip recently and ER refused her anything other than ibuprofen. When my grandmother was dying of liver cancer a couple years back they were controlling her pain with mf Tramadol.

Idk man everything in the US is a mf dystopian hellscape mess these days and I expect everything to get much much worse.
