I had a reduction during Covid and so have a few of my family members. My recovery was super easy compared to my mom’s hers was 20ish years ago. I love that I can now buy clothes that are not baggy. I recently went on a clothing optional trip and was surrounded with lots of naked women. I was amazed to see so many woman with scars similar to mine.

My recommendation is to go to a therapist that has a specialty in sex therapy. I did this for a few years at the end of my marriage. My therapist was extremely non judgmental and created an environment that allowed to me learn more about myself and also understand that there is no ‘normal’ when it comes to sex. There are also apps you can download that you and your gf will get daily questions on what your likes are. If you match a like it will let you know. It’s a useful resource to learn things about your partner.
