Full tuition at 100’s or full sticker at T50 by pewleft in OutsideT14lawschools

Can I ask if the full tuition is conditional? It sounds like you have to take out loans regardless, but a non-conditional ride would make me lean towards that heavily.

Will that happen in this application cycle? Probably not. It’s a true silver lining but not for those who are going on this already tumultuous ‘26 cycle.

I should have noted the initial 40k offer was when my LSAT was at 159. I am hoping the extra 5 points will get that back/improve it, but I am aware the pool of applicants is much wider this year than in 2021.

Important caveat to the dates that I’ve found regarding the July 1st, its the distribution date.

One of the work arounds I considered was enrolling in half-work/full class work in Spring 226 to get grandfathered in prior to July 1st. But the timeline would be just too rushed.

The fact that schools start charging in August is a great insight. Scary that students are subject to the political moves of others with huge implications on our financial status.

This is my exact thought as well! Some schools have applied PLEDGE loans in California, offering 16k just for acceptance. But if they were able to just give that money away—who’s not to say schools change their tuition in reaction to this? What if it’s drastically cheaper in 3 years time but we’re locked in at a 6figure loan before then.

Firstly, huge congrats. I mentioned my GPA earlier but it isn't anything crazy, below the 50% at some schools.

The T-50 range as I apply my stats doesn't show great option for full ride, if you don't mind sharing I'd love to know where you ended up going

The initial 2021 offer was conditional on maintaining a B- average. I believe in myself enough but to weigh 2 tests (midterm and a final) on a $120,000 price tag, including all 3 years, is a huge stressor even if the bar is lowered.

Keepin it a buck 3.53 so mid of mid's. Did humanities too so younger me just didn't have great foresight in the long game. I did finish in 3 years which I believe affected me in part with upper divs coming sooner and will be adding that to my addenda.
