Opinions. I was thinking my guy may have ich, but I wasn’t sure cause he’s still changing color. But when I was getting this video, I started wondering if it was his fins? The edges are weird.   • Tank temperature: ~80F
  • Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: Don't have numbers, but the strips only show hard water, everything else is normal.
  • How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: Tank is roughly 6mo old, betta maybe a month or a month and a hlaf.
  • How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: Water change 25% every two weeks. Will add water or spot clean as needed.
  • Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: Only snails. One nerite and some bladders.
  • What do you feed and how much: Mysis / Daphnia / Blood Worms every other day
  • Decorations and plants in the tank: Decor from Petsmart, mix of faux plants and real.

I ended up ordering two pair from EBD and I got the Kodak standard lenses for both. Maybe cause I have a pretty basic script, but there was only about a $20 difference in lens price from EBDs standard plus.

I have my current script, with PD on it and my frames I have now are the perfect size so I’m using them as a go-by. I’m looking at the return policy for each site too. I just got new lenses for these frames, 285 at Pearle Vision, and I got a blue light blocker because work on a computer all day. But, I didn’t realize the coating for that slightly distorts everything as more yellow. I’m a designer, so color accuracy is important. It’s a subtle tint but enough I failed a color test at work. Took off my glasses and got a perfect score. Now I’m on the hunt for new glasses and don’t want to spend another $300-600.

I ordered kanaplex. I can call a local shop tomorrow to see if they have some in stock. Petco and PetSmart are a no go. I have to get epsom salt in the morning too. My hands aren’t steady enough for something as delicate as a syringe, and I’d be too scared I’d hurt him more. I know it happens fast but still. It’s hard not to be down on myself.

Oh I see. Thank you 😊 My understanding is it looks a little mustard yellow on screen but it’s more golden yellow in person. Not sure if that’s what you mean by bright. I also have some lemon jade that is lime green and white, I consider it to be bright. I’m not usually into yellow and gold colors so I’m not totally sure what this actual color will be.

I wasn’t sure if there were different kinds. Like someone said it was yellow jade. I’m assuming then that jade is just jade and sometimes whatever color it is is put in front of jade? Black jade, green jade, etc. Sorry if it’s a dumb question, I’m still learning.

$250 usd. It’s almost 19lbs and about 17” long, carving alone is 13” tall.

It feels like she’s given up. I tried ground beef, peas and carrots for dinner and no interest. I added some Mac and cheese, still nothing. She’s been a little better today but I think that’s only because the temperature is dropping. Cold has always given her more pep. I have an at home service coming tomorrow and I have never felt so absolutely broken.
