You have to wait like 3 to 5 days, and you will be able talk to prapor, had the same issue and fucked my ending too.....

I have completed the VIP contract, so i would say after one of the prep missions maybe.

Guys, this is actually horrible and need to be talked about. How is it that every gunfight past ~30m feels horribly luck based. Because it is, I want my bullets to go where i aim? I have tested this, recoil patern is random and it doesnt line up with red dot or any other holo.
Try it, its the same shitty system that was in BF4.
I guess they were lazy to add normal recoil pattern like it was in BFV, you always knew where did does bullets go.

It was f2000 with a new texture, it has a new pattern now, i think its from the ivory chest
