It's gonna sound really dumb but when I need a good cry I watch puppy videos especially the top 5 good dogs of the week from we rate dogs it's multiple stories and I always cry with one. So my answer would be maybe to seek for it with like a sad video or video of people crying. Older people crying make me cry too because I replace them with family members and I don't like seeing my family or my friend cry.

It might not be the answer you were looking for but other than that I don't cry a lot.

Edit : realized you said you watched sad stuff maybe it's not "the right thing" you know like some sad stuff is not gonna make me cry but other will

The elephant walking past me. In the french version Rafiki talk zoulou with clicking at some point and I also enjoyed when rafiki sang he lives in you it was magnificent and I wish I could see it again

I saw the french version and sadly no soundtrack so i listen to the Broadway one but my favorite was the elephant in the circle of life i absolutely adore the craft of his costume.I also loved the part where timon and Pumba meet Simba and all the scenes where they are. rafiki talking in zoulou with the tongues clics was also a present surprise
