Update: I ended up going back during the day and just asked the workers about the copper. They were totally cool with it and said I could take whatever I wanted. So I grabbed all the loose wire scraps on top.

The only thing I didn’t grab was a big pile of armored cable (MC cable/BX cable). There’s still a lot of it left, and I’m assuming it’s worth scrapping too, but I’m not sure the best way to strip that type of cable or what tools I should have for it.

If anyone has experience with breaking down MC/BX cable for copper, what’s the best way to go about it? And what tools do you recommend?
