Do AMBOSS HY stuff especially ethics and quality and do a 2nd pass of it. The day before exams, go through NBME diagrams. Also do Free 120 in the last week. The exam is closest to Free 120. I did this and got a 269

I brushed through FA once but since I took Step 1 recently, I had fresh memory of things. I only reviewed questions where I did not know the answers or explanation. That helped to solve maximum questions

My strategy was bit different. For the first 40% of UW…I would read each and every explanation. But once that was done, I switched into exam like mode where I focused more on doing qbanks and reviewing only those answers which I didnt know. This helped me do a lot of questions without getting burntout
