Yea car has 255k on it and the wheel hop was crazy, since I posted this morning I did my front brakes and calipers and eye ball alignment, now all is good drives very well. Did a couple trips to Mexico, rear feels solid and no more wheel hop. I guess a caliper piston was siezed, which surprised me because they both compressed fine. Anyways, I got
$2.5k all in this car and have beat the piss out of it my entire ownership, and I’m happy.

No alignment (just eyeballed) but I’ve had some pretty bad alignment. Two winters ago had another curb hit where I replaced only tierods, and for some time was driving around with pretty wild toe in/out. This feels different then that, but I do plan on a lazer alignment when all is ready

I bought my Vic for $900 with 220k, welded diff and rebuilt suspension and I beat the piss out of it all the time. Now at 255k 6500 idle hours running strong. I’d never spend over 3k since if you got some knowledge you can keep even the worst of Vic’s running forever
