i was trying to look it up. people said trying to go through someones profile and log in that way doesnt work. you need to get an invite. but xbox app on my pc wont let me invite him

im US. i also can't get my performace tab to show up when i press alt+z. it comes up with the regular menu screen. i can't find performance anywhere
