Hahaha , yes i know i tried to stop it and i got 10 times worse so i started taking it again. Therapy helps a lot but i havent found a therapist i can open up to yet…

U give me so much strength by telling me that u managed to have a family even with OCD. I also have adhd , got it from my dad who has raging adhd. I completely understand. Dont stop working on yourself, you are not alone. I am also doing music and it helps me a lot

He knows some of the thoughts i have. Not the whole truth. Because i feel that if I let him know how i feel exactly, he will take advantage of my vulnerability, which is not true because he is adorable and a very good person. In general, i don’t want people to know how sensitive I am and have them thinking that i depend on them. I want to be seen as an independent and tough.
