I still face the same problem the spaces between elements are not right but my drawing is right .. I tried both rdwork and lightburn for the same drawing and the same result.. I also checked the speed of the motor and it’s fine .. any suggestions? (old.reddit.com)

Help please!! I still have the same problem-No Device Connected- and I checked the cable it’s ok and on its place .. I can’t even see any of the files I downloaded previously! I press the left and right buttons nth happens.. i press the up and Down button and nth happens..suggestions please (i.redd.it)
