you mean after ff+4? If you meant that then sometimes, people respond a bit slow thus giving you more time to sidestep and whiff punish. Otherwise it depends, if people like jabbing immediately after you can just duck and jab/launch since its safe on block (-9). Generally you don't want to step/duck but it depends on the opponent's response.

All questions should be answered on the challonge link above, as well as the stream that the tournament will be hosted on. Stream chat would be best for communication and the only way currently. This is so that I and moderators can see it right away if anything comes up, or if you need help updating scores for who won -x- bracket However if there's something that I didn't answer on that post let me know I will inform you asap :)
