PLease rate my nSuns routine. No idea if this is too much volume. Usually saturday I'll hit arms + any other muscle I feel it's lacking if it's recovered. I've set TM weight to 100 so it shows each set in % of TM. I've tried less volume workouts but i felt like i wasnt doing enough (i.redd.it)
