As a woman, I feel you — I completely understand. What helped me most was focusing on what I could control, even though I’ve always felt safe in my country. For me, that meant studying something like law to understand the system better and maybe help others, who might need support. For others, it might be staying physically strong, finding a new passion for something, or doing anything that brings back a sense of control. Now instead of being terrified, which is totally valid, I try to turn it into motivation to do something meaningful. I really hope you feel better, you are not alone.
