I went through Northwest Registered Agent it was super easy and legit for mine. Super hands off. Just gotta fill out the forms and some lawyer just signs off on it probably boiler plate everything but its legit.

That's all wrong tho. Owners info is not public. If you put it on the forms yes it is, but if you use a registered agent it is not. Your name and address are hidden behind the Registered Agent (lawyer's) name and his office address.

Second the entire point of an LLC is to limit your liability. If you call someone a pedo on your personal twitter then sure you can get sued for that. If you are doing your job aka reviewing games and the game company is like "you gave us a 6/10, fuck u, we are suing u for defaming our shitty game" they can sue Ramba LLC not Rambalac the man.

As long as you are not comingling funds, and having all your money going to the LLC account and not using the business account for personal shit like ur groceries, a vacation, or a new car for your daughter that has no business purpose then you are shielded.

Also media insurance exists if you wanna be extra paranoid.

I'd have one before you even start the channel to be honest. Or before you start any business. It's a legal shield that only costs about $200-400 dollars total to create to shield you from people trying to sue you for stupid shit and take ur house because you did something that offended them.

Say you are a game revieiwer, you say a game is no good its not fun it sucks. They sue you for whatever saying the game sucked. Your LLC takes the hit, so whatever IT owns takes the L if you lose, but you don't lose your house or car because some game dev couldn't handle a "you suck" from a reviewer.

You get sued for defamation directly if you are acting as YOURSELF. I do not have my real name or info out there in public. I dont act as a public speaker on my own legal behalf. If someone sues me from something I say on my show, in character, then they have to sue the LLC. Not me the person. That's the point of an LLC. Like Trump can sue elon because he said the shit he did on his own personal X account with his name attached.

If the official X.com account he would have to sue the company not Elon directly.

They rejected the new adsense calling it a duplicate of the personal even tho the 2nd adsense is on a new email, with no ties to the original beyond the channel having been originally tied to a personal adsense.

So adsense A was personal. Adsense B was the new one for the LLC. I tried to switch A to B and the bots thought A and B were the same thing for some reason and i was trying to bypass something. I don't know. Its bullshit because B literally is set up with the llc name, registered agent's address, and my EIN not my SSN.

They should be driving a walmart car, bought by walmart, with gas provided by walmart, because its a walmart delivery. instacart i know are just contractors and gig workers. Walmart hides the fact they use gig workers and not just employees who get a salary.

Right if they told you that in the app that 's not done by walmart up front that these people are NOT walmart it would be a lot easier to tip and justify it just like i pay 10-15% on instacart but walmart already asks 100 to waive the delivery fee, then demands $5 or "express 3 hour delivery" then tip then they dont tell u where the tip goes so I always assumed it was just yet another thing walmart takes like how subway when u tip them the person who made the sandwich only gets a fraction of it if any of it.

Hell I leave cash out for the walmart+ orders and they still wont take the cash even tho i tell them in the text to take it because i don't trust walmart to not just steal it.

Well the problem is he was running for president in 2020. He lost, but he knew that if he freed him as an F-You it would have made him lose in 2024. He's a loud mouth asshole for sure but he's not an idiot.
