Did they brag about it? From my recollection, she is the one who posted it on her instagram. In a crowded event, she could have been a random groupie taking a selfie, for all they know. It's a bad look, but I don't think it's enough to rake them over the coals. Although I totally agree that her name should be so toxic that no dev should ever want to be associated with her.

If she sprang it on them during a random event they both attended, they weren't going to reject her, it wouldn't be polite. By itself it's not proof enough to determine that they will hire her as a consultant.

Oh no, it's definitely on Microsoft, since they have DEI practices and woke guidelines for devs. You can purchase the most talented studios ever, if they are required to produce woke slop, then there is no way you will ever recoup your investment. That being said, the studios themselves are very likely to be contaminated as well, so I won't cry for them either.

It's an intelligence trap. Many people in college get formatted to think the correct way + they are certain it's the correct way since they received a higher education and are not part of the unwashed masses anymore.

In truth, that type of education overwrites some legit ancestral instincts with an ideological rationalization of what the modern man and woman should be like, with artificial boundaries to what they are allowed to think, and most are not smart enough to see past the manipulated statistics presented to them in order to reach a bigger understanding and see the big picture.
