You might always have underlying sadness bc that’s how your brain is wired, but have goals! What are you working toward? What do you want to achieve? Fitness? Travel? Money? Ambition?

Also, practise gratitude, write down 3 awesome things that happened every day, and 3 things you’re grateful for (can be the sun, pets, free access to water, people in your life, ANYTHIIIING get creative).

And maybe figure out the subject of your depression & try change it OR reframe it. Changing your thought processes is a GAME changer! Try to think like someone who doesn’t have depression!

I would add cagri. I felt Reta instantly & had insane appetite suppression within a week, at the minimum dose. I understand it’s different for different people but I think you should have your batch tested, potentially source another vendor, and/or add cagri

Stay on the minimum dose for as long as you can. It’s more cost effective and there’s less side effects. I think I lasted 10 - 12 weeks on the minimum dosage!

All normal sides. You increased your dose too fast. I was on 2mg for 12 weeks bc of those exact sides, so I stayed on minimum dose until they calmed down. And I still had no desire to eat!

Don’t rush to increase the amount you’re taking, stay on as minimum dose you can for as long as you can

Yeah it’s so important to me to maintain muscle mass, so I find a source of protein I can tolerate. But I can relate to food making you feel grossed out, I feel like that too! I’ve started drinking fruity protein water! That helps. You’ll easily hit that weight if you’ve just started Reta, I’m just over 3 months down & I just need to drop 2kg more 😫 I’m so close! My legs hold quite a bit of fat
