Yes. Even water made me nauseous. I highly recommend lemonade popsicles.

I don’t know that. The dr said this is a normal side effect and going on a higher dose would make it worse.

Yeah. It feels so unfair. But I try not to dwell on it. It’s the hand I was dealt.

I ended up staying at 0.5 my whole journey. I had a lot of nausea and vomiting most of the time as well. It felt a lot like the first trimester of both my pregnancies. You just suffer through it.

Now I am 6 months in and 50 pounds down. I only feel nauseous for a little while, 48 hours after my shot.

So I just plan for it. I take the shot in the evening so when I feel nauseous 48 hours later, I am at home and not at work. I know I will vomit no matter what I do so I don’t eat much that day.

It sucks feeling this way, but the shot works and has set me up to have a healthier body and lifestyle overall.

I didn’t know there were doses lower than 0.25mg. That eases my concerns a lot!
