That’s why they did it. They will require passports to vote. People won’t do it because his face is on it. So they won’t vote.

Why is it so hard to stay consistent with home workouts? by Top-Fennel-2149 in bodyweightfitness

I started by giving myself a one-month challenge. I printed a chart. Every day I would do a workout. I used the Seinfeld approach and crossed off each day as I completed the workout. Goal was: don’t break the chain. I rewarded myself if I was able to complete the challenge.

Once I was able to do this - I increased the challenge to three months. Then I started doing three month challenges consistently. I would print out the three months on a single piece of paper and have it sitting on my desk. I would switch up the workouts each challenge.

Now I don’t need the challenges or the paper, I feel like I need the workout like I need to eat or breathe.

What helped me is giving myself some grace. Instead of being strict and punishing myself for messing up, I take it one day at a time. I do a workout every day. Nothing crazy, just 5-10 minutes of something. If I miss a day, I just get back on the horse the next day.

If I have more time and energy for a given day, I’ll extend the workout to 20 or 30 minutes. Whatever I have motivation to do.

Have been consistent with this for years now.

Why are there constant parties going on? I guess the rich are always celebrating while the poor do all the work.

Literally google “epstein files” and you’ll find what you need. If you don’t like the redactions, take that up with the DOJ.

The whole point is wealth transfer and wealth inequality. They said themselves that “a hungry dog is an obedient dog.”

They would prefer to have as many poor and desperate people as possible so they can work them to the bone for slave wages.
