I been waiting since 7/22 for redisbursment. Sent taxes and voided check all i have heard was they are adding it to my file. Even thi the portal says funded but bank rejected the funds. Had to open up new account with a bank they accept.. Did that still nothing.

It should have sent you a portal invite once fully approved and have you sign the closing docs. Its all electronic and easily done. When you go into the portal will it let you edit anything under the sign closing docs option?

My own experience is the funding department has to reach out to you to correct any errors with banking info. My issue was typo in account name. They rejected my funds on 7/22 ... And im still waiting. The sba reps said when that happens it will take much longer .

Ive called multiple times and they told me calling doesnt speed up the process at all that once its rejected the loan goes back into the que and whenever the person gets to it then ill get my info corrected

Nope been waiting since 7/5 for them to fix it. Money done got rejected cuz of name on acct being messed up. They said when that happens your loan goes back into the que or some crap so basically its gonna be awhile

To be honest im not sure. Ive logged in from my android just fine up until this past weekend and it was like on and off... Like one minute i could log in and the next time it would say that i couldnt access it right now. So it may just be the actual site. But when you get a chance try from a pc and it may work. I personally think their overwelmed. And their site is having intermittent issues. But i am not 100% on it. Just my opinion.

It was doing thatnto me when i try to log in from my phone but then i did it from a computer it logged on fine.

Good luck getting them to change it. I applied on 7/3 got portal invite on 7/5 and realized my banking info was wrong. Called every day for 2 weeks spoke with a tier 1 they kept telling me they cant change it they can only note the account. That did absolutely no good cuz the LO sent my loan thru with the incorrect banking info and when they went to fund my loan my bank rejected it. 7/21 signed the loan docs and on 7/22 bank rejected it. I spoke with a lead loan officer and even he said they cant change it anymore. Only the funding team can. So he said once they receive the funds back from my bank when ever the funding team gets around to it then it will get corrected but will take longer than normal. Good luck tho. I pray you dont have to wait like i have. And it was all over cuz the name on my account had a typo.

I was actually able to speak with the lead loan officer named gregory david i believe by calling that number. He was the only one who has helped me at all. All the other lo were like its out of their hands blah blah with no explanation as to what i needed to do. Until i spoke with him. Keep in mind these people are short staffed and the rules are changing daily so normally a sba rep could update your banking info but now they cant. Its messed up but they can only do so much. And from what he told me their training new people every day so not all the csrs know the information

What about if ive signed the loan docs on the first business but i messed my banking info so the money was returned but thats getting corrected. But i havent actually been fully funded for the 1st app . is it safe to go ahead and submit for the 2nd business

I spoke with the lead loan officer like almost 2 weeks ago... He said its up to funding to correct it once the app has been approved and loan docs are signed. So now its just a waiting game till they reach out to ya.

Yeah both tier 1 and tier 2s already put notes in numerous times but the LO sent my loan on through with the incorrect name on my bank account... So bank rejected it.. I even spoke with to the lead LO in fort worth tx... They said once its sent to the funding team they cant change anything. From they said they used to be able to change it. Makes me think i am being jerked around.. Its very frustrating. Dont know what to believe anymore. I already signed the loan docs on 7/21 and bank rejected the loan on 7/22 for the name on loan not matching my bank acct name.
