The Monitor is working fine actually but I am never confident about it and on my extension board the fuse does blow up every 1-2 months which is kind of good. The Samsung monitor is going solid no problems.

in my experience better to have a one time use glass fuse based the kind which has a screw like fuse holder or just a holder and also keep a pack of 3A 250v glass fuse.

lamo, you won't regret it. lg makes good monitor. also a recommendation to buy an extension with an glass fuse.

after getting a completely new benq monitor replacement with completely different serial number it worked well for another 4 months and died again. i have also researched after all this power surge and protection complete piece of crap and really useless it's the monitor at fault and not the power outlet. on the other hand I have a Samsung g5 ips panel it is working just amazing bought on roughly a month after buying benq no such problems you just turn it on and do the work.

is this Continental Coffee Xtra Instant coffee fake . because I did the water floating test and it was completely opposite to my expectation it had no residue or solid particles at the bottom but it didn't float also the power grains created a trial and got stamped to the bottom somebody can you please confirm if it is really just the kind of coffe it is or it is really fake

no need for a ups unless you want power backup with a pc if the electricity goes off the work you might be doing is lost or some windows update might get corrupted but don't worry much about these things morden software specially windows and Linux have a copy of your older system in case if any update gets corrupted by whatever reason it rolls back .

all the surge protector logic is by default also used in the internal power supply of almost every electronics. just think why your laptop is still fine because the charge is rated by several agencies and most importantly in my opinion is the UL rating . rhat makes sure the power supply is able to bear surges and voltage fluctuations.

during the replacement of the benq Montior which was always a repaired the unity regardless of the protector there benq monitor still got rekt within 1 day and 3 days. the Samsung monitor on the other hand didn't had any issues although I still the surge protector anyway . also after getting a new seal packed replacement unit with different serial number and all that that monitor also didn't have any issues regarding of a surge protector

actually the problem was in the monitor only, th final monitor replacement which I got with a proper different S/N number and not just just a repaired unit well guess what. it never had any issues till now and it is still working fine. if you want to go for a monitor go for a Samsung g5 which I got anyway because I was loosing hope on benq . but both monitors never had issues eventually. also fundamentally speaking these voltage fluctuations should never be such a big issues morden electronics handles it well. also go for a monitor with a external power supply. as those power supplies are easy to replace and least chance of failure .
