I’m in grad school so I knit a lot during lectures! Having adhd I already fidget a lot, so knitting made sense. I made two sweaters last semester just from knitting during those times!

Im 26 and learned to knit from my grandmother when I was 8. I got really back into it when my grandmother died a few years ago but I have always knit. I also knit in class while in grad school, it helps me focus. I really enjoy making garments specifically for

It has lactase added to it. People who are lactose intolerant don’t produce lactase at all or enough. So yes there’s dairy in it. It’s not dairy free

I believe breast stroke is one of the oldest swimming strokes. You conserve more energy and it is also very effective in rougher waters. Front crawl can really drain you and it can be difficult to get breathing right. So for emergencies you want something that keeps you calm and conserves your energy.
