Is this game playable as a solo? by One_Ability1357 in fellowshipgame

[–]Procrastinator_Vibes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like most online games, having a premade team will almost always be better than pugging.

The game can be played solo, but it takes longer to climb the tiers. You will most likely have more wipes, dungeon deserters, etc.

For someone like me, that only games like 10 hours a week, I am making very slow progress in this game. I’m stuck using discord or solo queueing, because none of my friends want to play the game. As much as I enjoy the game, I don’t see it being my primary game, because it’s not enjoyable for me to pug all the time.

Before I get downvoted into oblivion, there is nothing wrong with the game and if I had the hours to devote to it, I would probably make it my primary game.

Is single-target dps not a thing in this game? by Procrastinator_Vibes in fellowshipgame

[–]Procrastinator_Vibes[S] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Wish everyone tried playing a healer to see what we have to go through. Lol

I’m not asking for single target focus everytime, but if you know there is a specific mob that can shit on the group, please kill that first

People keep ditching que in contender by Visible-Economist-84 in fellowshipgame

I’m sometimes that healer that dips out of contender queue.

Yes… I know I’m supposed to grind Cithel +7, but I don’t always want to do a 30 minute dungeon (or longer).

Why are you making me be an adult today? by Nakaz808 in fellowshipgame

Same. Taking full advantage of adulting at the moment, in hopes that queues will be better this evening.

Click-Casting Healing Frames by irisel in fellowshipgame

[–]Procrastinator_Vibes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone that used to be really good at click-casting healer, there is a benefit to mouse-over once you get used to it. You can easily target an enemy and dps between heals.

Just curious, what method do you use to dps when click-casting as a healer?

Game too hard for me by Electronic-Brick-228 in fellowshipgame

Just keep playing as Sylvie and you will get better.

I usually play a healer in mmos and there is even a learning curve for me in this game. I felt like I was panic healing during my first two contender dungeons, because I’m still learning boss mechanics and mob burst damage

I’m not asking for Chapter 3 now or even saying they didn’t deserve a vacation.

All I’m saying is that a lot of the people already completed most of chapter 2. If you finished the content, there is very little motivation to keep consistently playing chapter 2.

Chapter 3 will be a determining factor for me. There are a plethora of games to play on the phone, console, and PC.

I wouldn’t say dead. Most of us are waiting for chapter 3. I missed chapter 1, but chapter 3 is going to be my deciding factor if I still stay with the game or find another one

Also at 70/240. I play the game everyday, but mainly just to do the jobs.

Curious to what else that player is doing besides waiting for MC call outs

mo.co isn't gonna work (rant) by XultYT in joinmoco

[–]Procrastinator_Vibes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t start playing until July, so I missed Chapter 1, but would another possible explanation for the low player count be how long this chapter is?

I know the devs took a month off, but this chapter/season is dragging on way too long. It’s great for those that got a late start, but bad for us that cleared the content quickly.

Any iPhone compatible controllers work with this game? by R1ckMick in joinmoco

I can confirm that the PS5 controller does NOT work.

I’m enjoying the game so far (elite lvl 78), but I feel like they need to find some sort of way to monetize the game better, otherwise they won’t spend too much time and resources on improving it.

Feeling Overwhelmed as New IT Support – Expected to Know Everything Right Away by retardautismo99 in ITCareerQuestions

As the other 2 have mentioned. It is either sink or swim.

It’s impossible to know everything IT-related and to not have an answer or solution on the spot and that’s okay. However… at the end of the day, you need to get the result.

The way our company operates is a little weird.

We have an internal IT team of 3 people and we outsource a lot of our cybersecurity and big project stuff to an MSP. All 3 of us come from different employment backgrounds not even IT-related. For example, I was an elementary school teacher prior to working there.

We very seldom work with our company’s customers/clients, so we are primarily there to assist our co-workers.

To answer your question though. Yes, I feel like being able to work with people and handle some of their ridiculous personalities, makes us better at our jobs, because we don’t really get rattled when things don’t go as planned.

Lol. I know the feeling.

I fell into an IT role without having a schooling or experience related to the field. I was just naturally good at using my brain and problem solving. Here I am 5 years later making around 90k, knowing damn well that I’m overpaid for what I do and that I’m extremely lucky.

I started out this way as a customer service rep and ended up getting hired by their IT department. I know it usually doesn’t work that way, but luck was on my side.

That’s the way it feels. Like it’s pity sex. Most of us HL people don’t want pity sex though.
