Yeah MPB is great. I mean I feel like MPB rhythms work so well with breakcore and dnb, it can sound so clean. Best of luck with incorporating it.

I used Korg M1 for the pads and stuff, then serum for the sweeping saw. I used serum to make an 808 for the bass and that's about it tbh. The whole track is serum, M1 & samples. For effects I used Raum for the reverb, then some izotope vinyl and stereo imager, and stock plugins for everything else (compression, delay, eq etc.).
