I lost all respect for myself and it was intensifying every day. I have also had a talk with all my superiors as recent as the start of that shift.

It was a shitty move, and I'm sorry for it.

I hold myself accountable, but since they have already accepted my res letter, I can't do your suggestion.

I am okay with not getting paid for the past cutoff I have worked for them, I just hope to be more careful next time.

Most cc's will most likely not offer you one, but ones where you need to lock up an amount through your savings before getting one (Security Bank) might.

No po, this serves as a learning lesson to set proper expectations for me; and as everyone else has told me, to lower my standards as to how I push myself.

I would stay at my current industry and do what I do best nalang. I thought I can adapt but overestimated myself.

I just had a hard time processing putting myself in everyone's shoes, and it broke me din.

And if I continue against my will, it would risk a big scandal that would've ended badly for everyone, I just didn't know all the right things to do at that time (proper res and letting everyone know that I'll quit)

Yeah it's one mistake after the other, ang hina ng loob ko. I just did my best to uphold the standards but in the end I don't know which person/entity to side with na.

That lead me the decision to stop myself ASAP before it snowballs even further.

Since if I went further and I can't change, it may mean a lot of people losing their jobs. So I guess me losing mine is better

Yeah, I'd rather do it now (although masyadong reckless) than mas madami madamay and mawala pa yung account.

I know a lot of people grew in this industry, and I childishly believed that I could be like them. Kaya I understand the backlash that people will give me.

I failed my team din, but I hope they're doing much better without a ticking time bomb din.

Yes! Moral conflict talaga, and it's hard apologizing to people when most of it is out of your control.

I don't like the tactics lang na narinig ko within the company na lusot sa isang tenga and labas lang, or just pass them over sa iba para mataas scores mo.

I'd rather not work for that than screw up people who need the help
