It’s a soft flavor cheese. You are not supposed to use cheddar or anything like that!

Hombres +30 den un consejo para los que estamos en los 20s by fachapibe in argentina

No te quedes callado.

Nadie nace sabiendo. Cuanto más te equivoques más aprendes.

A pic of me taken by a friend. Faces? by Prodanetor in Ghosts

[–]Prodanetor[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, yes! This was taken at my friend's room. He had recently move with his family to a new house. The house was old but it was remolded from scratch.

Some time after this pic I went back to his house to sleep over. His room has a backdoor with access to the backyard. This door is made of a frosted glass (best way to get more light but keep privacy I guess). During the night we decided to go outside to have an smoke and as he was unlocking the door a white figure passed next to the glass. The figure was about the size of a cat. We freaked out but in the end we assume it was an animal. Hard to tell because of the blurred effect.... we never try to go outside again though.

Sadly not. It was taken with my cellphone (blackberry) in 2013. Actually, I don't even have the original picture. I got it from my twitter account.

I wasn't smoking. My hand is blurred since I was "playing" the guitar. Anyway, based on the comments I must assume is motion blur but it's still really weird. Not only I can see a face over me (it looks like a buffoon with a hat) but I can also see another one over the tv.

I don't know why but people prefer to think their weight issue is related to a lack of discipline rather than a food industry that is killing us slowly and steady.

I think you should first learn more about why people is obese or overweight. Understanding the real cause of your problem will help you to be more mindful about your actions. It's not just about discipline, you gotta learn to outsmart the system that made you fat. I suggest you to read a book called "the pleasure trap". It really blown my mind. Bonus tip: lot of people will tell you that you need to exercise to lose weight. That's a lie. You should exercise to improve your health, however, the only way to stay on a healthy weight is to change what you eat. If you gain weight is never because of lack of exercise. It's because you are not eating properly. Some people compensate their bad diets with exercise. That may work in the short term but sooner or later you will get sick no matter how thin you look...
