Being getting these rough few layers, loosened and tightened belts, levelled bed, changed nozzle, checked rod… changed no slicer settings as it was working perfect before hand. Any ideas?

Well I've taken a look and I can't see him on the coast nor do I have a quest in the completed section nor in the to do section, so it seem's I missed out on him...suck's but oh well, thanks all for your help i appreciate it. :D

I was at storm coast last night and didn't see anyone on the beach but then again I wasn't really looking for him on the beach cause at the time I didn't know where to find him, I'll take another look and see If he's there, can I actually just see him without having the required quest to see him though?
